The location is unbeatable! Just a quick walk to Marine Drive, and we loved dining at nearby diverse restaurants. We had some great family moments enjoying the sea breeze from our cozy balcony.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly amenities in the room.

Prime location, excellent area, close enough to Bandra, Andheri and Churchgate Railway Station. Besides, excellent for visiting a prominent fountain...

We liked the location of the hotel, very close to main objectives. The hotel rooms were very clean.
First we had the second ranked room as price and that was far from the pictures showed on the net. We asked for another room, similar with the ones from the pictures. We were given a nicer room and after some negociations we also got a small discount.

This hotel suits me perfectly! They provide excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff were very helpful to my elderly parents, which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

I stayed in Deluxe Room in 1st Floor and room was good and service excellent. Hotel is very well located.
Breakfast is cheap (60 inr) but not good. Morning tee/coffee is free (I recomend to ask for coffee, instead of full breakfast, served in room and eat muffins or any other pastry purchased in Gaylord -just 50m from hotel- the night before).

Very unprepossessing outside and lift + reception on 5th floor is unusual. But rooms were excellent - comfortable, clean and most facilities.
The main aspect of our stay which was both disappointing and worrying was settling the bill before we left. I understood that Hotel.com had taken the money when I booked but we learnt that the hotel had taken the first night before we arrived and we had to pay for the second night before leaving. Not at all what I expected. The hotel had also failed to provide a twin room for us as requested and we had to wait while one was prepared.

good stay with room for improvement
The housekeeping staff were friendly. Breakfast was good with enough variety and quality. The city view from the room was a wonderful highlight.

The staff were very nice and helpful when trying to arrange an ad-hoc trip to Mumbai. The room was comfortable with relatively good amenities
The infrastructure was not perfect; our power went out a few times and the satellite also went out during the stay. The internet services were not ideal (expensive and did not work on all computers.)

The hotel is very basic. They tried to charge me more for the room and than what i had on my confirmation from Booked.net. I would only suggest this hotel if you are a sudent or back packer.
That they tried to charge more than what i was to pay!!

Appreciated Mumbai, the hotel was good value and beautifully decorated near everything. The venue was set in the central position really close to near to public transport, and Siddhivinayak temple. We stayed for 1 night here, loved South Mumbai district. Brand-new modern room, a writing desk and a dressing table were appreciated.
The area was very ordinary.

The rooms are reasonably large and airy, with three beds as well as bathroom provided. This place is in a marvellous location close to Churchgate train station with access to the western line.
